“TREST 12” was established in the system of Glavtashkentstroy as a state-owned enterprise in 1979. Based on the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Republic of Uzbekistan № 83 of 15.02.1993 and in accordance with the order No. 301-PO of the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 23.05.1994 «TREST 12» was transformed into a joint stock company «TREST 12» and registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan on 07.12.1994 with the registration number of the certificate of state registration No. 470. For the period of its activity Joint Stock Company “TREST 12” bought out shares of state in the authorized capital. By decision of the general meeting of shareholders of 19.05.2016 and the general meeting of the founders of 04.11.2016, Joint Stock Company «TREST 12» was reorganized by transforming it into a limited liability company «TREST 12». The «Single Window» Center of the Shaykhantakhur region under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan issued a certificate of state registration with the registration number № 09-000194 on March 29.
JSC «TREST 12» is a construction and installation organization that provides legal and physical persons with a full range of construction services. The company has its own production and technical base in the city of Tashkent and a highly qualified engineering staff capable of solving the most complex and diverse engineering tasks.
The existing organizational structure of JSC “TREST 12” in practice has proved its viability, ensures implementation in a complex of works, and makes it possible to mobilize the necessary material, human and technical resources for performing significant workloads in a short time by a single contracting trust.
